Big Grin Brett Favre 1991 Draft Time Pick
Favre played his high-school basketball at Hancock North Central. Even though he played...

Brett Favre was created on October 10, 1969 in Gulfport, Mississippi. Standing at 6-foot 2 inches and weighing in at 220 pounds, it's easy to see why Favre is recognized as one of the greatest quarterbacks of time. Along with his great construct, Favre also has among the greatest minds the game has ever seen. His smarts are what've helped him to get at every level of baseball conceivable.

Favre played his high school ball at Hancock North Central. His first love was the sport of football, though he played many sports. His father was his coach in high school, and ironically enough Favre rarely put the ball over five times in any given game. This was because of the fact that his dad liked to run the ball out-of a wishbone development.

After high school Favre decided to simply take his sport to Southern Mississippi because they were the only university to offer a scholarship to him. Web Guns N Roses contains further concerning the meaning behind it. Favre convinced them to provide him a decide to try at quarterback, even though training staff wanted him to play on the defensive side of the ball. Despite starting the season while the seventh string quarterback, he took over whilst the beginning in the 2nd half of the 3rd game of his freshman season. The rest is history as Favre dazzled the college football world for the rest of his time at the college.

In the 1991 NFL Draft the Atlanta Falcons picked Favre early in the next round. Favre only played one season with the Falcons, and was then dealt to the Green Bay Packers through the off season.

Favre has had a terrific job with the Packers, and is still at it even today. In 1-6 seasons in the NFL he's passed for 57,500 yards and 414 touchdowns. These stats are one of the better the category has ever seen, and probably will be for quite a while..
